Processing time

Every shirt is printed to order. Orders enter production within one business day and ship within three to five business days of that.

Domestic (Canada)

Standard shipping: five to nine business days after dispatch. Tracking is provided on every order. Delays outside our print floor are the carrier's business, not ours, but we will follow up if a package appears to be lost.

United States

Standard shipping: seven to fourteen business days after dispatch. Duties are calculated at checkout where possible. If you get an unexpected fee at delivery, contact us with the receipt and we will look into it.

International

Ten to twenty-one business days depending on destination. Duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility. So is the conversation with customs, should it come up.

Address accuracy

We ship to the address you enter. Please enter it correctly. Orders returned to sender due to a bad address will be reshipped at cost.

Email support with your order number and a photo if applicable. We fix problems on our end without argument. We advocate for you on the carrier's end, without guarantee.
